At Racefiets013, we only accept returns for defective or damaged products.

Exchanges are not accepted.

To request a return, contact us at hi@racefiets013.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the defect.

If the return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the product back.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Products damaged due to misuse or wear are not eligible for a refund.
