About Racefiets013

Racefiets013 is the largest second-hand road bike specialist in the Netherlands. We buy, sell, inspect, service and prepare high-end road and time trial bikes for their next owner.

Our team is young, ambitious and genuinely passionate about cycling. We are growing quickly and looking for an experienced mechanic to join our workshop in Tilburg.

The Role

As a mechanic at Racefiets013, you’ll work exclusively with premium road and TT bikes. You’ll be responsible for making sure every bike leaving our workshop meets a high technical and quality standard.

This is not a job where you’ll spend your day working on e-bikes or basic city bikes. You’ll be working with some of the best equipment and most advanced bicycles in the industry.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of professional experience working on road bicycles
• Strong knowledge of modern road bike technology
• Experience with Shimano Di2 and SRAM AXS
• Confident working with internal cable routing
• Experience with fully integrated carbon bikes and TT bikes
• Experience with bearing replacement, servicing and full bike overhauls
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a professional approach
• Good spoken English (B2+)
• Most importantly, you should take pride in your work and care about getting the details right
