Racefiets013 Warranty

At Racefiets013 we guarantee the quality and condition of our bikes. We are committed to ensuring that your cycling experience is flawless from the moment you buy a bike from us. To provide clarity and peace of mind, we offer the following guarantee:

  1. Warranty period

When purchasing a bike from Racefiets013 you are covered by an extended one month warranty. Please note that this warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

  1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers both the repair of defects that were not apparent at the time of purchase and defects that occurred during the warranty period as a result of normal use. The costs for repairs are fully covered by Racefiets013.

  1. Exclusions

The warranty does not extend to the following:

  • Repairs or replacements as a result of regular maintenance.
  • Defects resulting from intentional damage, misuse or repairs not carried out by Racefiets013 or authorized on our behalf.
  • Damage resulting from bicycle transport or participation in competitive speed events and tests.
  1. Contact for warranty claims

If you experience problems that are covered by our warranty, please contact Racefiets013, the seller, for further assistance. Costs incurred at other bicycle dealers or service providers are not reimbursed and do not fall within the scope of our warranty.

  1. Limitations of Liability

Our warranty does not cover compensation for personal injury or property damage, nor does it cover additional costs you may incur as a result of defects.

  1. Accessories and components

Please note that the warranty does not cover accessories, tires, chain and sprockets, brake pads and linings, saddles, lamps or any modifications made after original delivery that result in defects.
