Responsibility: Joao is passionate about the happiness of our clients and is super focused on both the quality of our bicycles and the level of our services. A jack of all trades, he manages everything from coordinating pickups and deliveries to handling customer service. In his spare moments between appointments, Joao also manages our Instagram, where he captures stunning bike photos and creates engaging reels to showcase our latest offerings.
Fun fact: Joao loves to put in about 120 working hours a week. And he loves bright colors [he asked me to include this trivia].
Fun fact #2: Joao wants to keep every 3rd bicycle that we offer for sale to himself. His wife talks him out of this idea.😅

Responsibility: Hi, I am all about driving strategic growth while keeping the business running like a smooth Pinarello. Focused on enhancing operational efficiency and boosting performance metrics, as well as growing our network and improving our social media (this page is my first attempt at it!), I recently joined the team and am ready to shift gears as needed to meet our business goals.
Fun fact: As my husband/the founder Joao works 24/7, I left my big Corporate job to join him in the business, so that we could spend more time together.

Responsibility: Ruben consistently goes above and beyond to source high-quality second-hand bicycles that meet our standards and align with our customers' needs. His dedication to optimizing our logistics ensures that our delivery and pickup processes are smooth, efficient, and timely. We greatly appreciate his hard work and the positive impact he has on our daily operations. 👏👏👏

He takes charge of placing our bicycle ads on our website, ensuring that each listing is accurate and up-to-date with the latest information. His attention to detail helps keep our listings fresh and organized and ensures you stay informed about our newest offerings. 🙌🙌🙌
